Turns out I was leaving out the www. part so I haven't been able to listen in 13 months. Silly me. Wouldn't have been a problem but my Google machine is on the fritz. Enzo suggests I take it into the shop. Good idea. Better than my ideas of either moving to Coralville Iowa or driving to Ocean City each night to listen on The Wave.

Around the half hour mark El Spic drew back the curtain on his plan to completely destroy the value of his home. Seems like the chiminey would be visible from the street so any removal of said chimbley might just require a permit. Listening to him talk about how he's learned so much from Youtube videos is a hoot.
Sadly they never ask him about project hole-in-the-wall. So far:
✓ Washing machine not fixed;
✓ Back patio which was nice completely roont;
✓ Hole in wall begun, status unknown;
✓ Radiators removed;
✓ Hobo-style electrical system ignored.
On the bright side, once the unsightly fireplace is removed the house will be huuuuuge.
