On yesterday's show, Shrekkk talked about having to replace a smoke detector battery. Since the ladder was not rated for his weight, he had Juliaaa do it. However, she was scared, as evidently she has never been on a ladder (?)

Wait until he decides to sell it in a hurry and gets the estimate to repair all the shit he's done to it. Easily $100k. He pulled the radiators. Does he realize there is no existing duct work for forced air heat? Not only does he have to pay for ducts, he has to reengineer ceilings/walls to house it! And then there's the furnace itself!

Or he could just buy new radiators.....
To address your main point the hot air vents would be in the floor on the first floor, so relatively cheap. Slap some electric baseboard heating on the second floor and you're good to go. Or, get a nice stone apron for the fireplace and a sleeve for the chimney and put a woodstove in.
Except he did make a reference to removing "the boiler" and unless he meant "threw away a cooking pot" that could be a problem. Seriously, who throws away old radiators?
And I'm still SMFH about the back yard. It's a good thing the house's electrical system is state of the art.

At the end of today's show, Oscar mentioned that they are off this Friday and the following Monday for a "Vacay". What are the odds that O'Meara will be sick again tomorrow (Thursday)? BTW, they said that Mike was going to yet another doctor's appointment today.

Mike's blood clot health scare and new regimen of blood thinners means the postponement of second hip replacement, so Carla gets a partial win. Until she realizes it may result in having to spend summer 2017 in Ft. Myers.
