There are a million threads rolling all over FFXU about eesh. I will share my involvement and actions with this user and be done with this shit-storm.

I do NOT like lizzie and think he/she/it is a cancer to FFXU. I have no agenda against eesh personally, but believe he crossed a line and I am doing what I think any responsible adult would and should. NO ONE should intentionally send porn to a minor.

I cloned the name Jelly Kelly, just for the purpose of fucking with lizzie --- I am ashamed of participating in these childish actions, but I am human and we all make mistakes.

While I was fucking with lizzie, I received a PM from eesh (Screen-shot below) that, I am guessing, he thought was actually lizzie. I emailed Cary (Copy of email, with edited password, below) and am leaving it all to Cary's discretion.




The email I sent about an hour ago and screen-shots:

I believe this to be a serious matter --- the basic problem is that the user known as eesh purposely sent porn to a user on FFXU he knew, or believed, to be a minor. I will give you the username and password (I know you already have the passwords, this is just so you know I created the account). What you do from there is at your discretion, I have no motives or agenda against eesh, but believe that his actions do require some serious consideration and attention.

There is one PM in there, titled and sent from eesh.

There is a trivial back-story that goes along with me being immature enough to "clone" a name --- all this is really irrelevant. If you wish I can fill you in on the details, but the point of my email is essh's actions of willfully and intentionally sending porn to a minor.

I have no problems with you addressing this on the FFXU board, at least the users would know that I did send this email and attempted to shed some light on essh's actions...in fact I welcome you to cite my username and make any actions you may take public --- to the point of what is reasonable in your opinion.

I will copy and paste this email on the board, but as you know, FFXU is inhabited by a very skeptical group of users.

I, previously, would never consider actually meeting another person from FFXU --- I just can not imagine a situation that would motivate me to even entertain this idea.

With that said, your actions towards a minor are enough for me to consider you a threat to other people. If I were to encounter a person threatening people in my day to day life, I would confront them without hesitation.

Therefore, if you, eesh, decide to proceed or escalate things past name-calling like above, I would consider you a personal threat and proceed with that mentality.

If you live near Sterling VA, and ever feel it necessary to confront me in person over my actions here on FFXU you will be meeting with a person that does not even remotely resemble a "victim".

For now, they are just typed words on a screen, I am hoping that things remain at that level.

Eesh really does lie a lot. He thought lizzie was a minor and he thought he was sending that message to her. Not too long ago she posted a private message AFTER this thread was made claiming how he thought he was a minor. I will go digging to find it.

Knowingly stalking and harassing what he thought was a minor.

Nothing eesh says can be believed. Everything is for his amusement. He will sit in a jail cell while continuing to claim that nothing is going to happen.

The biggest fit of denial I have ever witnessed was the protective order with lizzie lol..

The font was wrong.
The format was wrong.
The official court seal was in the wrong place.
Court rooms aren't set weeks in advance.

He found out it was real the hard way when she had him purposely served at his court hearing for Moreno when he lost and had to turn over his computers. Then we he and tried to appeal it, stating he was upset that she was granted a sixth month extension and he didn't even know about the order, but everyone saw it and his posts about the court room will be proof of this, proof of his purposeful evasion of service and then lying to the court saying he didn't know about it.

Then he did post about the protective order and proceeded to continue to harass her in the same thread.(WTF lol and he wonders why he's in so much legal trouble).

The court room thing really threw me since his own court room for the revenge porn conviction he got was set months in advanced.

I really believe he has some form of mild retardation. Something is very wrong in his head for him to do all the things he does. He needs a lobotomy STAT!

If any judge believed lizzie was so dangerous to Katie there is no way in hell she would be out. They know Katie is no victim and never was. What they did is a federal offense, its a crime against the commonwealth, not lizzie persay. She was a witness for the state of Virginia and they intimidated and retaliated against her. He showed how easy it was to have misery arrested under false pretenses.

So if anyone wants to believe there is any other reason that lizzie isn't sitting in jail right now besides her being able to show evidence of him and Katie please speak now. Because I don't see how a person can have so many charges pending, violate probation, and still not be in jail.

Violation of probation is an automatic arrest and usually the person sits in jail until trial. Lizzie was neither arrested for her violation and is neither sitting in jail right now.
