In general I try not to get into flamewars or pissing matches with anyone around here. Even when I argue about something I try to tone it down, especially lately. Better to just walk away than to get tangled up in some shit. I don't even want to talk about politics much anymore, I'd rather stick with music or movies or something. After witnessing the last few days I think that's a good policy.

I know I am walking in a little too late on this topic but I've been lurking for a long time and remember this guy posting. Seriously a very disturbed individual. Some of the things this guy said were pretty extreme. I never liked the guy ever since he posted a picture of a burnt Marine and had the nerve to make fun of him and call all members of our military scum and trash. Sorry that just didn't sit too well with me. Although someone said he was part of the 101st Airborne Division out of Campbell Barracks in Kentucky, which I found very difficult to believe. However whenever he was confronted about the military issue he never responded and just backed down like the coward he was. I n all seriousness I think he was some sort of ex felon or sex offender. Thank you Cary for banning him

That was done as a joke. He admitted himself that the Military would not take him. He has some severe joint and hip problem, I remember that posting with the Marine with severe facial burns.

Try not to take it personally. I seriously believe now that he can't help himself. In my short time over there I watched him work the crowd. For a minute or two I actually started to question the veracity of the claims made by posters from here.

Then he didn't just turn on Alias. He went nuclear. Her mistake was in trying to argue her points. All he wanted to do was hit her with a barrage of insults. Non-stop and relentless.

What he really did was prove eesh and others right all along.

I'm no lawyer...but it seems to me, based on the rough and tumble nature of this forum, that by failing to come out and correct himself in making me out to be some psychotic multiple-personality 'villain'...whether he was simply (though astoundingly) mislead or not, it could very realistically incite the few here who are cyber-stalkers, who don't know where to draw the line between fiction and reality, to try messing with both myself AND my personal friend Alias, in real life. I really only need invoke the online handle 'inkahootz' for reasonable and historically proven evidence that such a thing could happen.

So.....in closing: I don't know how on god's green earth the administrator of this site managed to so terribly bungle the facts...but I'm sorry, he has a responsibility to un-bungle them, now that I believe it's pretty much beyond any credible doubt that he might still legitimately be ill informed of everything he based this grand statement on. If, at such time as he admits to having spoken too soon and simply being dead wrong on just about everything he claimed in his original post...if AFTER that admission is made (and again I have a very hard time believing at this point he could STILL be competently confused and mislead), if he still wants to ban the HUMAN BEING behind Mr. Misery for life from this forum, then he of course has every right to enforce that wish, and I will respect it. I don't even have any intention of continuing to post in any case....why would I, after this mess? Simply stating....you have every right to block me from this forum and to enforce that however you wish, should I persist in 'evading' bans.....but I don't have that intention, and your assertion for imposing that very human ban, and the legal implications that came along with it---are based in misinformation and untruth, quite simply. Especially since another person, and a friend of mine at that, was implicated falsely in all of this....I feel I should come out and make a statement.
