Fact - I wanted the law changed so that ALL criminal acts would be removed from employer mandated arbitration, not just rape. The amendment was targeted to a specific issue, and a specific employer - but I am sure Jon Stewart had no reason to color his 'reporting' and 'analysis' on the issue.
