If she makes a plea deal for her assault on the CO, even to a lesser charge, won't she automatically have to do time for what she's on probation for?

The could drop the malicious wounding charge, since they've had her locked up for almost a year on the other charges -- and the Morenos may not be cooperating anyway. Miz can't afford to have Lizzie going over to Team Eesh and risk losing his millionaire status. If she is sentenced to time served for the other charges, it's theoretically possible Monique could be released from jail as early as June 19.

That is one possibility. Another -- and arguably more likely -- possibility is that jail will simply harden Lizzie and make her more confident in her ways. She has always boasted about getting light sentences and never getting caught or held to account for the more serious crimes she has committed. If she gets a relatively lenient sentence, that could only reinforce her feeling of invincibility. She could also emerge from incarceration bent of vengeance, and with newly-acquired skills to wreak havoc on Miz and whoever she blames for her misfortunes.

She has been working out regularly, she has been seen using the Heavy Bag in the gym and doing a lot of kicking also. Right now she can no doubt put a hurting on someone who messes with her.

Lizzie doesn't have access to a cell phone. Even once she gets out. 9 months in jail. Her phone was shut off long ago.

Hopefully in furtherance of some sort of crime, so they both get busted.

Verdict came in 2 hours ago. Formal sentencing hearing in August. She can get more time by the judge then in addition to the jury's 3 year total.

She could be released next March after serving half the sentence. She will appeal.

There's still the matter of the probation violation, and chimping out and assaulting a guard. I stand by my previous estimate of a late 2018/early 2019 release date.

What will lizzie do when she gets out? Live with her folks and re-apply to Panerra? (I don't think Papa John's will ever want her back.) Will she want revenge, or will she come out completely reformed? Will she try to rekindle her romance with katie?
