Under Virginia law, flinging poo at a corrections officer carries a MANDATORY minimum sentence. So, if she did throw a handful of her shit at someone, there just isn't much room to bargain.

I do hope lizzie survives incarceration - it would be nice if she returned to post once again (and then reoffended and got locked up again after say two or three weeks.)

Just out of curiosity what was the tone of those letters she sent you? Was it just more of her being hostile?

Can somebody give me the lowdown on lizzie's legal woes. I stopped following this freak show closely a while ago. I know, per a post from jimmyleggs, that she got 3 years for assaulting the pedo. looking at the online records, it seems she got 11 months for 1 count of violation of probation and the other count was dismissed.

The assault on the CO charge looks like it's going to circuit court. That carries up to 5 yrs.

If I understand this, that means she has 3 years and 11 months minus time served (about 9 months at this point) totaling roughly 38 months.

And then there is the assault on the CO charge which quite possibly/probably add even more time. Getting out early for good behavior seems unlikely for obvious reasons.

Depends. A judge could order all the sentences to be served concurrently. Also, worse prisoners than Lizzie have nevertheless been given the good behavior discount. So if both those questions work in Lizzie's favor, she will be out sooner rather than later. Otherwise it could be years. But keep in mind Lizzie is still a small fry in justice system relative to the major criminals, and females typically get a lot of slack in sentencing considerations.

So out of the FFXU Fab Four, Megan and Monique are the ones with felonies. Even with all the insanity that has insued, William and Michael have only a misdemeanor or few at worst. It's strange to me that the pawns and sidekicks in this saga are the felons.
