OK. I just don't want to see her on a pedestal, she doesn't concern herself with noble ethics or with consequences of her actions. She has demonstrated this, if she sincerely changes, and that is possible, it will be another story.

If she gets out of jail in the next year or so, she will regard that as a victory.

If she stays in jail for years, she will just be angrier at a world that has treated such a brilliant person so harshly.

Eesh and TJ never did anything sexual with each other. That was some total bullshit that Miz was trying to insinuate there was something going on. The photo of eesh and TJ (taken by Lizzie) was one of Miz's fantasies and he even tried to bring it up in court. However Miz knows damn well that nothing happened, especially since Lizzie was there the whole time. Even if the contents of the messages were not preserved, the dates and times of the texts and calls will be on the itemized phone bills, which should still be on file with the carrier.

What would be more interesting is if the records show Megan was calling and exchanging texts with TJ after he ran away, while he was missing.
