I think if Mo wanted to call and have something done, she would have done it herself. Those who called to report the thread ultimately sealed the manager's fate.

The accusation of Mattson doing all the stuff he did was backed up between screen shots of things he's said and the very first text message where he doesn't deny a single claim.

No way. There were just a bunch of images on a privately-run web site. There is no way to authenticate them or prove who posted them or sent them. Anyone with a vendetta against anyone could have created the messages and made it to appear as if there were multiple people involved. A billion-dollar corporation is not going to fire someone just because some psychotic unemployed career criminal who's in a lesbian relationship with a former employee makes a phone call.

There has to be more to the story. Maybe Matt himself admitted wrongdoing. Interestingly, Katie was obtaining alcohol on store property (a crime), drinking while on the clock, and engaging in lesbian and straight sexual encounters while on the clock, yet she is still employed there.

A threat technically, enough for an arrest but further evidence was able to determine no real threat was found and that the rest of the story about the gun and any personal threats to Katie's safety and an actual calling in of a bomb threat by use of telephone were unfounded and fabricated. Not enough to keep someone detained.

She claims these events took place on Feb 11 but waited until the 18th to call police even though no "new threats" to anyone's physical well being ever took place between that time. The only "threat" made was about alerting the fiancé of Katie's cheating with multiple people. She took those old texts out of context and was able to have an arrest made because well, as she says herself "I'm not a malicious person. Just vengeful"

Katie would have been arrested for that if this lie about it all being made up was indeed actually true.

I'm not going to wait an entire week, keep seeing someone, talking to them, tell them I love them if they threatened me with a gun. And then go to the police because they threatened my already failing relationship with someone who didn't want me anyway, never spent time with me, always left me home alone to go out with friends, ignored me, left me crying by myself alone in the other room on multiple occasions, didn't come home several nights - which is why I started cheating in the first place.

Jon was here today and Mattson has temporarily returned. He's been replaced by Mr. Kumar. It has to suck retuning to a place where your name was once on the front of the door but has been scraped off and reduced to residue.

Mattson is a douche all around. After Katie's girlfriend Kristy Gonzalez came to Papa John's and into the back of the store and assaulted Eric for sleeping with Katie, Mattson did nothing about it and ended up hiring Kristy later. Eric had to transfer stores to get away from it all.

These messages posted of the conversations - I hope Katie shows her lawyer and the courts so that they can show how much of a liar and blackmailer and threatening person she is. The police tried several times prior to have Mo arrested to no avail but it was Katie's lie about the gun that did it.

The messages Megan (?) posted of Mo saying she would meet up with Kristy and "no weapons" is also a good one to be shown to the courts. Kristy went to the police and said Mo threatened to shoot her. Kristy is the one who's affliated with MS13 and is selling cocaine out of her apartment via Katie's word of mouth and the person who assaulted Eric for sleeping with her girlfriend who's been cheating on her for most of their relationship.

All these girls are crazy but only one of them has been telling outright lies in the hopes of ruining a life and it will all come out in court. Katie has been put on blast for her cheating with Mo and Eric and denying it to all her friends. she is known to cry wolf to get her way. She threatened to say Eric raped her if he told about her afrair and this is just history repeating itself.

Papa John's tried several times to have Mo arrested* but couldn't arrest her based on the texts messages alone because they weren't specific enough or threatning to anyone in particular. So Katie lied about being held at gunpoint by a picture... ?

This is all a mess that's going to end up biting Katie in the ass really hard in the end.

Papa John's has seen it and so has Katie and a few other employees. Jon Allsman is pissed because of the bad publicity it's caused and that there's nothing they can do because everything written here is actually factual. This is what he gets for not getting rid of Mattson long ago when even Katie herself was threatening to have him fired. They ended up just transferring her to another store until they were desperate in need for managers and hired her back to Fairax.

Mattson was only kept in the company because he was the lowest paid general manager in the entire region and because of all the dirt on him - Papa John's wasn't ever going to give him a raise again. It was just cheaper to keep him around and just silence anyone who threatened to tell about him.

He got away with a lot because of was the "cool boss" who let everyone get away with things and bought in drinks and even bought weed off his assistant managers and didn't even fire another manager who embezzled thousands of dollars from the company because he too had dirt on Mattson. Mattson too would take money from the register to pay for his Hooters trips. He would always blow his labor and have the lowest numbers in the area and never got any bonuses because of his poor performance.

The claims about the expired dough being sold to people are true too. If it's any consulation to anyone who buys from there - they didn't keep all of the expired dough, they traded it off to other area stores.

I hope everyone invovled in this has learned a much valuable lesson. Don't cheat, don't fraternize with coworkers, don't try to blackmail people or theaten them and watch what you say on text or Facebook because it can and will come back to haunt you. Don't threatn to go to the police on someone because they said they were going to tell your fiance - just do it so that proof of you saying you were only doing it BECAUSE your relationship was threatened isn't there and that doesn't come back on you later.

Another thing that happens sometimes is drivers will be boxing food and it would fall to the floor and they would just pick it back up and put it in the box to be delivered.

Jon Allsman himself is a witness to this and if he reads this - knows this to be true. Luckily, he spoke up to the driver and had them remake the food. Just think of all the times that has happened before and still happens and no one has seen it and been able to tell them not to send it out.

Obviously, roaches are a bigger problem than spiders, especially after the pies are baking (the baking does kill all the germs, even if a dead spider or roach doesnt look very pretty). Defamation of character occurs when someone makes a false statement about you. Likewise, if someone relates an embarrassing incident involving you, that is also not defamatory because embarrassment does not rise to the level of a defamatory statement, and if the statement is true, your claim will be barred.

Question:
Recently, I was falsely accused of rape by a girl that I knew from my college class. She later admitted that her accusation was false and dropped all the charges. Meanwhile, I lost my work study job at the campus library after everyone heard the accusations and I’ve been having a hard time paying for my tuition and expenses without a job. I read about defamation of character lawsuits. Is defamation for falsely accusing of rape something I could sue her for?

it looks like the papers were signed by "katherine" so katie went to the police. saying that her girlfriend was being threatened to be shot. even though it clearly states "we can meet up. no weapons" and reading those messages it looks like the girlfriend was doing the threatening. i doubt she would have gone to the police.
