Well, although that may be true, what's your explanation on why some of the missing images have links that are clickable and lead to a "file 42324 cannot be found" or whatever it is and yet other images are not clickable at all and appear to be a 'broken' link?

Can you also explain why in some threads, there is a pattern of missing images to not-missing images?

Poster B: Imagine fine

Poster A: Imagine Broken

Poster B: Imagine fine

Not EVERY image from yesterday is missing. Some posters who posted on the same threads, right after another poster, still have their images up, while others before/right after do not?

I need links to examples... Is it possible that some images were uploaded after the crash? Is it possible that some images were hotlinked?

No, they are images that were uploaded before the crash that are missing. They WERE hotlinked (the ones that stayed) but even older hotlinks are gone. So it makes no sense.

Well maybe some hotlinks (the hotlinks that are missing) were hotlinked to a file on the site that was uploaded before the crash...

First of all, only a select few and im talking a few hundred, transfer into Johns Hopkins each year and those are the pick of the litter, academically speaking. Very few buildings in Tysons have gates, and even less of them are residential neighborhoods.

Knowing eesh as I know him, it wouldn't take much effort at all to bypass even the most well constructed gate in a matter of hours. Spikes on the top of the gate? He'd outsmart them. Gate guard at his post? He'd outsmart him/her. Tinted windows? he'd buy a UV light.

Essentially what i'm saying is, there's not many gates constructed that can keep eesh out and still retain a level of professionalism that would be expected in the residential areas of Tysons, most of which I should add, do NOT have gates, nor pay to park.
