I admitted to being passive-aggressive (and again, I'm going to emphasize I'm going by the literal, black and white definition you presented), that I was being passive aggressive ONLY IN AS MUCH as any caustic joke that you or I or any number of people on this forum or of make, is passive aggressive, per the textbook (literally textbook) definition you cited.
my point is you don't know how to interpret that fancy DSM-IV definition you cited. that's why I brought it up again and again. that's written for physicians in order to make diagnoses. It is not a casual point of reference for joe blow.

smart aleckery is not covered by the DSM-IV, but in practice it amounts to the same.

hey lawyer. check this out. i didnt download it so technically it is not in my possession and since it is not in my possession that means i didnt steal it which in turns means no laws were broken, on my behalf at least.
