Kenya Ambassador Confirms Obama born in Kenya

Kenya Ambassador Confirms
Obama BORN IN KENYA
11-21-8

Kenyan Ambassador plainly admits Obama was born in Kenya and that the location of his birth is "already an attraction" and that a monument may be built there by the government.
Listen beginning at 12:15 into the MP3 File on this page...
http://my.wrif. com/mim/? p=916

This is kind of like Don and Mike who accidently get the Kenya ambassador to admit that Obama's birth place will be a monument. Not final proof but he is the Ambassador

If his parents are us citizens, he is a us citizen irrespective of where he's born. In fact, he could claim dual citizenship if he wants.

It's so nice now that the election is over and we don't have to worry about foolishness like this. My advice to the OP would be to file this away for four more years and then send it via e-mail to gov.palin@yahoo.com. You guys are going to be fine.

It just shows you how dense Rod is. Not surprising coming from a typical, gullible Republican.

Contrary to this report, ObamaDrama was not born in Kenya but in a manager
in Bethlehem, Israel. He is a Jew who joined Christian Science after
a brief stint with Hare Krishna. Next January, he will convert to Islam and
join up with Bin Laden in Pakistan where he will die in the name of Allah
so he can finally get his 72 virgins from Tijuana, Mexico.

And the Clintons killed Vince Foster and Ron Brown before using remote-controlled planes to fly into the WTC, a cruise missile to hit the Pentagon while, conveniently, Al Qaeda DID happen to hijack Flight 93, which was shot down by the military after the passengers gained control. Oh, and the Mafia and Cuban nationals conspired to kill JFK. That's why Jack Ruby shot Oswald to shut him up...never mind that the cops then had the notoriously unstable Ruby under arrest, who said nothing of any consequence.

Whatever.

Being born to parents who are US Citizens does not make you born "in the U.S." All it does it qualify you for citizenship. Were this the case (both parents U.S. Citizens and you born in a foreign country) you could not be elected POTUS. In McCain's case he was born in a U.S. Military hospital on a U.S. base in a U.S. territory.

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"

* Anyone born inside the United States
* Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
* Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
* Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
* Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
* A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

Anyone falling into these categories is considered natural-born, and is eligible to run for President or Vice President. These provisions allow the children of military families to be considered natural-born, for example.

No on is eligible to become the U.S. president unless he or she was in fact born on U.S. soil. So you are incorrect on this matter. In fact, there was recently (within the last 1.5 years or so) a discussion to change the Constitution so that people like Arnold Schwarznegger (sp?) would be eligible for the positon. This change never occurred.

Link about the "born on U.S. soil" rule please?
