I recently had a conversation about hypercolor tshirts. They kinda sucked, but I still miss mine.

I miss my childhood pet.

I feel like I've maintained a fairly childlike mind, so I still get excited about silly stuff like the first snow of the winter, Christmas trees, decorating for Halloween, a clear night far from a city when you can see the Milky Way, driving my car on a warm night (well at least 55 degrees) with the top down, etc. So if I want to play with legos or have a sword fight with a cardboard tube... I will.

I miss the Fig Newtons made before the early 90s. They did something to the ingredients after that, before they used to be so much richer tasting.
