Upgraded bridges - ? its a tiny club creek.I would not even call it a bridge.
New signals – Lengthened turn lanes - They do this in weeks
Landscaping - can always be done along with construction.
Only the Storm-water management facilities is something new.
might b3 3.5 miles takes 1 and half years for that not 3 years
