Does the volunteer "with the last name Barbee" have any connection to Fairfax County Public Schools? If so, do you know where the person works or worked?

I would not make that assumption. FCPD and FCPS often cover for each other.

The only problem is it's her word against his. Anyone can accuse (& a hug qualfies too)and it seems you're just guilty. No proving of anything. Just screwed. And the cops plaster your face all over making sure you are totally effed. The number of women who have retracted their claims is astounding but you never hear of the guys getting a cleared name. Too late.

Your response validates my assertion. The school resource officer would have covered for you by taking you home.
I got pulled over by a rookie cop on Lee Jackson Highway just east of the Fairfax County Parkway in February, 2008. He insisted that I was drunk.
I disputed his assertion. He told me that unless I cooperated (i.e., took the field sobriety tests), he would bust me for DWI.
I always refuse to take a field sobriety test. They are not scientific and the driver is set up to fail. I did, however, offer to take an alcohol sensor test.
I blew a 0.0 as there was no alcohol in my system at the time. I still laugh at the memory of his response in disgust: "NOTHING."

Where is the Christian school?
In which county was this fellow raised?
If you are serious about this, have you ever made contact with Child Protective Services in the Pennino Building? Just go over there and speak to someone about your suspicions.
Tuesday mornings are best, but you can go anytime.
CPS is a loud, foreceful voice for those who are unable to speak. They take this stuff seriously.
