Uh, it's in the public domain now. Actually, according to Facebook's picture policy, they own the rights to it now.

If it was pornographic, and it is not, the girl who posted the pic on herself on the myspace page would be the one prosectued.

Just to let everyone be warned; the poster known as inkahootz (the one that pasted the "dam" picture) has been in real legal trouble before with underage girls.
I don't know how he did it, but he managed to avoid being put on the sex offenders list, even though he was guilty on two charges of carnal knowledge, whatever that is.

What planet are you on? There isn't anything illegal with posting pics of people, no matter what their age, if they aren't pornographic. Please prove me wrong by posting a law saying otherwise or stfu.

I don't see the name in the original post, it is linked to a Facebook account, on which this girl would have to allow someone on to see her info... maybe you don't know how facebook works. Someone else posted what may or may not be her name in another post.

Again, even if you were right and your television/horror movie scenario actually happened, what crime has been committed by the person who posted the picture of some girl? Should the family of every murder victim go back and sue every high school yearbook publisher, because after all THOSE have pictures of STUDENTS in them, and those pictures turned our children into TARGETS!!!

I know how facebook works. You click the link in the original post, then view Laura's profile, it is set to private but gives the whole name when you click on it. Laura F. is the name, I will not post the whole last name on here as I don't think that would be appropriate.

2. It's not appropriate to post "private" pics onto public forums, especially if you are a "friend". It's at least in bad taste.

3. Kids should really put more thought into what they put on the "internet". Once an incriminating image gets loose, it's out there for all the world to see pretty much forever. Just ask Amanda Wenk. Eventually, you may be applying for a job and during the background check a pic of you, drunk off your 18 year old ass and licking some other chick's tit may pop up. Yeah, it's funny when you're 18 or 20, but it's not funny when I'm debating whether to hire you or another person and trying to determine who's more likely to be able to handle responsibility.

Maybe the girl posted the pic here to get attention and become an internet celebrity??? Alot of people try to promote their image on the internet.

Who is to say that the picture hasn't been photoshoped in areas to change the real pic. For all we know she my has acne all over her face and that's not her real body.
