State will not pay to fix after $ 500 is spent unless you earn under $15,000 a year...Resetting Codes can take over 200 miles once you disconnect the battery and replaced the Oxygen or Cat sensors ..never run high octane ,,,87 only , Chevron or Shell with Techron additive ..Rev before test , keep tank fairly full , but never cap it forcing gas into the tank . Try a new distributer cap and rotor , check the number 14 fuse, replace air filter , and gas filter ..last step if OBD codes are not what you want , then take it to the dealer , you may have a lazy switch , dealers usually always know if all else fails. If you can pay a star dude , cool do it , I could not find anyone with balls...Test Stations should go by actual emmissions coming out of the fkn car and not what a computer says about screwed up OBD codes , anything could set those codes off ..wires, voltage, gas etc ...We all need to re vamp our clean air laws
