Enough said. That is real bad. Coaches should get 3 years and then be evaluated. He has had his 3 years.
JV records are meaningless, so don't know why we're talking about a competitive jv team. Smaller schools usually send talent up quicker and their jv teams are supposed to be average at best. Bigger schools like Westfield, Robinson, Chantilly dominate jv because they have far more depth. JV and fresh are all about developing players not winning, in fact their records are meaningless, who the hell cares?
West Springfield will be better next year, but hard not to be after a 4 win season. It doesn't change the fact that this guy is crazy and belittles his players any chance he gets. Sure he is a hard worker, but most programs do year round conditioning and offseason leagues.
