I live in an area where the biggest problem is dog poop on the lawn.

Sorry to hear you're really slummin' it...

Where I live all dogs and cats get chipped and have to give a DNA sample from swabbing their gums. This is kept on file and anytime shit is found it is DNA analyzed and then cross-referenced to that animal's chip and they pull the GPS information to confirm. Then, a $500 fine is levied. What's strange though is we have no non-whites in my subdivision...

Europe's main pastime over the last couple of millennia has been choosing up sides and slaughtering the neighbors. For variety the best minds would invent brain teasers and any neighbors who couldn't answer correctly got burned at the stake. That's what you call civilization.
