Brian Matthew O'laughlen continues obsessing over underage peep, despite warnings from several Prince William County Police Officers. He has been told many times to stay away from him and his family, and has had a protective order against him at one point for assaulting peep. It's debatable as to who Mee is. Could be Brian O'laughlen. Brian has been giving information to Michael Basl as well. They have been in close contact, according to Brian. Bottom line is to stay far away from this pedophile, and don't let him near your children.
