I've never worked in the restaurant business..... Part of me would want to say - find the restaurant with expensive items that are expense account locations (Mortons; Flemings; 2941; etc). You get tables of 6 or 8 which will drop a grand (a lot of wine) which means $150 to $200 in tips. Not sure you need a huge $10,000 generator backup system. I bought a used Generac unit a couple years back. It delivers 8 kilowatts of power and is extremely reliable. I've used it 4 or 5 times (including when Irene hit last year and took the power doen for about 15 hours). I paid $600 for it and it powered a refrigerator, a freezer, and a TV without a fuss. When I was college, our main dining hall had chicken kiev once a month or so. I'd eat three of them. That and the buttered noodles they served with them. Probably a 2500 calorie meal, but you could get away with that back then.

Mailing shit got very complicated a couple years ago. It used to be - basically whatever was in the envelope (assuming it was legal to mail (i.e, no drugs or bombs)), it went.
