If its just some random person, I wouldn't worry about it. If they know personal details about you, like where you and your child lives, and they live in your area, I would be concerned. You have to file a warrant to obtain the person's details from their ISP and then the courts have to prove they wrote it. I know people have been charged over encouraging someone to kill themselves; I don't know
