Chain Bridge is the head of my HOA. He's the guy you see on your lawn at 6 a.m. on a Saturday, measuring your grass to see if it's 1/4 inch too long. He called 911 on me because I had a weed growing between the cracks on my sidewalk. Then another time he called 911 because I left a speck of snow on my parking spot.

It's a racket. So many of those people deserve to have their licenses pulled. If you have a problem, file a complaint with the Virginia health department. May not get the result you want, but will put the jerks on the defensive.
