The reason NOVA and Tidewater are higher is because that Money will stay in that region. Too many gripes over NOVA money going to Tidewater vise versa. I still don't see how they are going to make it come close, that is allot of money in terms of gallons of gas. I see the Personal Property tax being reinstated here in the near future to make up for the losses.

Transients don't help the roads Mostly Military coming from southern states where the Weather catches them off guard so Snow and Ice screw em up, yeah people not understanding English and being given Drivers Lisc doesn't help either. The County changed from Suburban to High Tech which drew in more White Collar jobs driving out the Blue Collar workers which are paid less so they migrate westward

Either Virginia Eastern Shore, or Texas Gulf Coast. I want less Traffic, Salt Water shoreline, Property to grow food and Fishing. I already know the Hazards and have a action plan ready to deal with Hurricanes and Flooding, with alternative Power ideas to protect myself.
