Two words: Shit yeah. First of all: Less traffic. Second of all: More English. This area still has some good things going for it, mainly economically, but the 90's it was a fairly fun place to be. The economy was humming even better back then, you could still get across the county in thirty, forty minutes at the most, and it was a lot more relaxed atmosphere. Sadly, those days are gone.
