How widespread is this? Every day one guy drives his kid from who knows where to the bus stop which happens to be right in front of his mom's house (the kid's grandmother). The kid doesn't actually live there, but is using that address to go to our local school. Maybe if people went to the schools they were zoned for, we could avoid some of the redistricting?
