LED prices are coming down. The drawback to those is you need to leave them on for a few minutes when you turn them on or else you risk reducing lifespan of the bulb. theyre not saying it nicely, but they're right. buy a generator. this is at least the third time in the last 5 years the generator has saved all our food. it's more than paid for itself. with a young kid you should have at least a couple weeks worth of food & water at all times and some way to preserve it. i would also suggest you need some means of preventing other people from taking it
