If nothing else, satellite isn't too bad. Downloading large files is pretty snappy. Webpages are less so. The problem is satellite lag. You get roughly a quarter second lag on EVERY request. Peters Mill Run is the only good trail I know of. It's not that close. It's out past Front Royal in GW Forrest. It's can get pretty crowded, especially on holiday weekends. Full family "sports" membership, with childcare while you work out is $105/month. They have single membership, and lower levels of membership than the "sports" membership that give you less access to other things (like the rock wall, I think). As gym memberships go, it's pretty reasonable for the amount of stuff you have access to.
