Does anybody have any idea or info as to what the building is on the corner of West Ox and Post Forest Drive? The building is across from the Animal Shelter. It says it is a Rec Center on the outside, but I never see ANY activity around the building and has Fairfax County Police Department vehicles always parked in the rear, with security cameras around the building. Anybody?
