If I were single and didn't have kids and was old and not tying to get laid, yes. In that scenario, I,d rather a super small rural house though...same costs, more privacy. It's like a condo, you pay for things you don't need at disproportionate rates. The system is designed to keep the poor poor. You need a little money if you want to get the best investments/value.

People, regardless of race, who were raised in urban areas and didn't have access to the local swim team or vacay on the shore, tend to not have learned to swim.
