lortongal, what does your friend say they are going to do with Target? Can Target co-exist with upscale retail? I could see them planning an "outlet" type of mall similar to Potomac Mills that has "off Saks 5th" and Neiman Mark-us-up leftovers. But if the vision is to be like Galleria, then Target has to go.

They could have collected way more than $1M if they focused on unreported cash income by virtually all the Eden center businesses instead of gambling. But I think it sounds way cooler to "bring down the DRAGON family"! The Tiger family is now licking its chops.
