An Open Letter to Tara, Pearl, Karen, and Carlos: I get it that you all have carefully crafted the bylaws to not provide for even the most minimum of the Roberts Rules with respect to elections and the operation of the club. I also get it that when some members tried to change the bylaws to bring back credibility, accountability and high ethical standards, you called those members out of order
