The Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas Supreme Court isn't going to do shit to harm the Second Amendment. They will say the DC law is unconstitutional based on some stupid technicality so no new precedent can be taken from it. That is pretty much how this court has worked on this kind of thing.
