First, President Bush accepted the bust on July 16, 2001 which as you remember was months before any military engagement.

Second, having been in the oval office numerous times, I can attest to the fact that the room is more than big enough to accomodate both busts (over 800 sq. feet). You are presuming facts out of evidence. At no point has Mr. Romney indicated that he would remove the bust of Lincoln.
