Look I hope your right. I read something yesterday on The Long War Journal blog suggesting that he may be alive. Without getting into too much boring detail, AQ's media wing referenced him such a way that they would NOT have were he dead. They said "may allah protect him"(way they refer to living operatives) as opposed to "may allah have mercy on his soul"(way they refer to "martyred" operatives).
Of course this statement could have been recorded/written before the death making the parsing of words a moot point.

definitely right about about US and Pakistani intel stating that he was killed. All I'm saying is that there are conflicting reports, which is nothing new.
