The vast majority of veterans agree with me but I hold nothing against anyone who has served this country I guess I spoke too sharply in the original post. I know most of the guys that I served with get a sick feeling when we see one of those plates.

Honor and privilege is a concept long lost on any veteran beyond the Korean conflict. Today's veterans are part of the "ME" generation and they are all about vanity and special attention. Drawing attention to yourself because of your military service is still in very very poor taste but sadly these young boys just dont know any better.
