It doesn't MATTER what he was ARRESTED for. I was once arrested for possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute. And at fucking automatic gun point. My friend sold 200 E pills to an undercover cop for $2000. Aside from ripping apart my car (which I no longer own/need), smashing my iPod ('accidentally'), and stealing my cell phone as 'evidence' for a month, I had no repercussions whatsoever. Sure, they ASKED me to give up information, but they can't PROVE that you know shit. Cary comes across as plenty intelligent enough to know this.

Im not so sure about that, the FCPD is very meticulous and they have over a half billion dollar budget.

I must say, they are extremely good at what they do.

They have come here asking for help before, in the Vanessa Pham murder. supposedly.

I thought about going to the courthouse to validate this, but I don't have the money to pay for the parking garage and the last time I went to the courthouse I almost wound up with my pants around my ankles (literally, not figuratively).

Case in point, I had a piece of shit hold up one of my employees.

By the time the police were done with him he'd been charged 11 times for 11 different crimes in that one incident.

By the time he went to court all but one were dropped, a deal negotiated and he walked.

It's quite possible the answer is not in the court papers (are Va. prosecutors required to state a reason for nol pros?).

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure Cary is actually a member of SEAL Team 6. Knowing that one day he'd pull the trigger on bin Laden, the CIA intervened on his behalf and kept him from doing time.

This thread was started by the poster formerly known as inkahootz and currently known as 12ozProphet.

He's upset that on three separate occasions today I've banned him for flooding links to his personal attack "blogspot.com" blogs, links to which you may have observed spamming many threads in Off-Topic. I added the hostnames of these blogspot.com blogs to the spam filter (which I use as a flood filter for specifically this purpose) which caused inkahootz to respond by creating new blogs with additional dashes or reordered wording to avoid my spam filter. In turn I created a very simple regular expression filter which forbids the attack blogs' targets' names from being posted anywhere near the domain "blogspot.com", and again banned his IP address.

A few hours later he again changes his (Verizon FiOS) IP address and attempts to post his personal attack links 16 times over the course of the next 11 minutes, and is each time rejected by my latest flood filter. 3 minutes later he posts this thread, along with a string of personal attacks against other forum members.

You have been posting on Fairfax Underground since 2006 and I have been extremely tolerant of your behavior, but you must certainly know that flooding or spamming threads will always result in mass post deletion and a ban, as it has several times today already. More troubling, however, is your relentless attacks on other forum members, which seems to have become your sole reason for posting.

I know that you've had some history with certain members of this forum but that is never an excuse to break the extremely simple rules here, which are: no spam, no complete garbage, no impersonation, no personal attacks. Yet you have managed to consistently break every one of these rules time and time again as if it were purposeful. You contribute nothing but trouble to this forum and as such you are banned for 90 days. It doesn't work; I have tried in the past and he would taunt and bait me via facebook. He also knows now, that I am quite vindictive and obsessive in my retaliatory spamming. This spamming is quite unpopular to the denizens of FU and only acts a catalyst for sympathy of eesh.


I went overboard, I know, but Cary's pseudo anti-censorship stance irks me; however, it is his site and I am free to leave if I don't like it ( and I would if he would keep eesh in check).

You've complained that I added certain names to the spam filter while allowing your last name to remain off, while you should have certainly realized that it's a FLOOD filter and only those names or phrases that are FLOODED to every thread all over the forum get added. While your name, in comparison, was always used in context and never flooded by your adversaries.

Nobody gets special treatment here. The rules are very simple and one must be incredibly inept to draw my ire, yet you have done so consistently.

If this truly was your last post I wish you the best, and hope that other forum members will give it a break and find a new source entertainment. I cannot control what forum members post elsewhere on the internet, but ask that it please not get dragged into this simple forum with simple goals.

Cary built and supports this site and forum. If you like it, and, want to participate, all he is asking for is a little respect and adherence to some basic rules. Censorship?! Please. Just act remotely normal is where one needs to start. As for Cary's legal issues, if any: as mentioned above: Not guilty, charges dropped, and innocent are 3 different things. If he got a good lawyer, good for him. If they were dropped for lack of evidence, so be it.

Why does anyone care if the moderator of this forum, which no one is compelled to use, was arrested, charged, or convicted of anything?
