my civil rights have been violated. I was banned without probable cause, no trial, nothing. I'm blowing the whistle on this put-up job once and for all.

You got, I would bet, a 30-day ban, probably because it was your second ban in, what, a couple of weeks?

On or about December 19, the ban will lift.

It's not a "put-up job" and Harry had nothing to do with the banning, or Cary's declining to lift the ban.

Stop making a mountain out of a molehill. You were a bad boy, and you've been spanked. Cary will put up with a lot, but he has a limit. Harry has been banned, Alias has been banned, hell I think even Gravis has been banned.

It's a badge of honor, not a badge of shame.

Take your medicine, be a good boy, and before you know it, happy days will be here again, relatively speaking (i.e., you can go back to full-time time-wasting on this board -- isn't that wonderful? doesn't that make you feel good?).

This forum is one that is owned by Cary. Cary has the right to determine who stays and who goes. If you think that your civil rights were violated, you are 100% wrong. You have no say in opposing your ban. No court would hear your complaint.

If you really wanted to get serious, you could call in Jesse Jackson and try the race card trick. But, even Jesse's shit detector would kick in when you called him up.

Mr. Cary never replied to me when I asked him why I was banned. And Tuttle just hung me out to dry. He has Cary's ear. He could have done something. Now it's too late. I'm an outlaw. There's no going back.

WashingTone-Locian got railroaded the same as me.....the higher-ups silenced him, pulled his plug, swept him under the rug, just like they tried to do to me. WTL was banned without reason or just cause, just like me. I don't know why he hasn't found a way back yet.......I only hope Gravis hasn't made him a 'gone guy' already. He has a family for god's sakes.
