What's your diet like? When I was losing weight after giving birth, I thought I would be good with making up for lost time in the gym, but it wasn't until I made my diet better as well that I saw results.

Really? To me looks so much younger than his age. And his hair is not thinning at all. I would have guessed he was 22 , not 32!
