Just google it. I currently have an ip out BC, Canada. I was using one out of Deleware for a while but that one was banned. My current ip is: 209.141.61.130. There are free ones otherwise google usenet and giganews... Not free but you get anonymous web surfing and sharing and it's fast. If it is just to access this site, then the latter is probably overkill.

edit: however i generally use ip's based out of the U.K.
