What is the Unhandled Exception?

Does anyone know what this means? Why do some threads have an unhandled exception error? How do threads get them?

Of the 21 examples which occurred prior to this past week, 1 was by Gravis, 2 by Boob, and the remaining 18 (!) by eesh/prada denim.

Eesh may be the cover up king, but Gravis is responsible for the other three.
