When I was on our HOA board, we banned the camel fucker that drove the ice cream truck from our cluster.
He would come in after dark, almost hit the kids and played that Damn song full blast.

The ice cream truck in my neighborhood plays Helter Skelter.

OMG. the icecream truck in my nieghborhood plays the happy birthday song...creepy...for the past few years weve had this creepy she-he asian driver.

The truck that goes thru Audubon trailer park plays Xmas music and the theme song from the Love Story

The truck that comes through my neighborhood plays Christmas music as well and parks that thing directly in front of my house 20 minutes daily. Song playing over and over the entire time. All the children on the block have grown up and moved away. No one ever goes up to that truck anymore. Still, he's there daily. Grrrrr.

We have a guy in our neighborhood who is running an ice cream truck business out of his house. Totally against our HOA rules and county ordinance, but he doesn't care. He has 5-6 trucks parked in his backyard at any given time. The place is a mess. Totally dragging down property values. But like I said, he doesn't care. He ignores all the county fines and just keeps on doing what he wants. Cheaper than renting warehouse space. I guess compared to where he is from (Iran) our county gov't doesn't scare him any. Over there they'd probably cut his hands off for disobeying the courts. If you saw the unsanitary conditions of where he keeps the ice cream product - you'd never let your kids buy from an ice cream truck again...yuck!
