A couple of times I woke up not really screaming, but flailing my fists and roaring like I was in a fight. Don't know what that was about, but never hysterical like the previous posters.

i have once or twice. the last i can recall was because of a dream. i was dreaming i was in my bed sleeping then this creepy girl popped out of no where and punched me in my ribs, that shit hurt and a woke up letting out this somewhat girly 'eaaah.' pretty strange
i also have sleep apnea(not professionally diagnosed) so i will wake up choking, gasping for air

today I am in a mood from HELL wish I could of stayed home too many things happening that I am getting overwhelmed. guess I need to go back to therapy before something goes screwy again. Too much pressure just too much pressure ever feel that way?? things just seem to get lower & lower I don't see happiness today I don't feel happiness today hopefully it gets better gotta get out of this crap & get it together guess if people don't like things I say & do well then they all go & do what they want..
