I've used eros.com many times with great success. Like an earlier post said, it's a good idea to cross-reference a woman on eros with the erotic review site. Some of the ads on eros are definite scams, so you have to know who is legit and who is not. I've met some very interesting women from the site.

Have you read any of Schneidman's books, like "The Suicidal Mind"?

He's very good -- readable, incisive (based on a lot of research) and compassionate.

He unpacks the dynamic that leads to suicidal thoughts. He really understands it, imo.

Viktor Frankl's "Man's Search for Meaning" is also excellent. Short book. Very readable.

Even if he's not serious (and I don't know, but I rather doubt he's joking), it's pretty fucking callous to encourage, even in a "joking" way, someone in Miz's shoes (I assume you know something of his history, which he has not been shy about sharing) to kill himself.

Maybe it's a matter of experience. I've known suicidal people who killed themselves, and in at least one terrible case I know what the tipping point was, a rather trivial but biting insult - a mild piece of mockery - delivered by a friend of mine. I thank God I'm not the one who said it, cause it's a heavy burden to carry. For some people, of course - let's say the will to power types - it would be no biggie. I don't see you fitting that mold, to the extent your songs reveal your mind/heart, but I could be reading you wrong.
