The question is if the United States has the most intelligent and talented IT professionals then how does this occur? Libs hate America posted a list of his certifications here but what benefit do they instill if others use the back door?

So what's your point? We(US) have to be better. When one becomes complacent and fucking lazy, others will take advantage. That's the nature of the game called life. We(US) can't blame others for our impotence.

Systems and networks are made to be breached to allow the government access to everyone's information. Patches are created with more backdoors. Everyone else has figured that out.

are offshoring to china on basis "usa owns rights" and then also selling rights to china to devour the usa with - often even auctioning high quality usa products to foreigners while buying cheap imported replacements of the same

meanwhile it's human nature to learn and make so china doing so and exporting (breaking some whimsical usa patents - everything is patented you know - develop anything and you'd be sued before you started is the reality, unless your china)
it's definitely the usa who's development is quagmired and who's stock exchange has refused to lend money for the purpose of product making (but instead has funded casinos and golden parachutes and ... really nyse backstabs usa every chance they get)
