Damn just got back from Five Guys and I never can finish the fries after a loaded double bacon cheese burger. But I didn't leave them behind.

A 5G does not taste anywhere like a BK Whopper, especially one of the old made one that they swear it was just made and with the mortified cheese.

I've had 5 guys once - was good going down, could just feel it inside after - sat like a stone and felt off...you know how if you eat at fast food it doesn't feel right sitting inside you (or is it just me!?).

I visited the 5 Guys in Woodbridge once and noticed a lot of people get their
orders to go and sit in their cars in the parking lot of a large strip
mall. There were lots of fries on the pavement that people had thrown
out because they were too lazy to go to a trash can and the crows were having
a feast. I think 5Guys should reduce the size of those bags because most of
it is just going to wind up in the trash anyway. Say what you want about
how wonderful it is to feed the crows but I don't need bird shit on my car.

Those 5 guys burgers are ok, but the fries are just too soggy with grease. McDonalds or Burger King have much better fries, in my humble opinion.

A co-worker picked up 5 Guys one day while we were out for lunch and set the bag on my back seat. My whole car smelled like French fry grease for days, it was disgusting.
Haven't had food from there in years. I'll take Fosters Grille any day over 5 Guys.
Also, every time I've been by that BGR place it's been packed.

i like the burgers at longhorn and the ones at cheeseburger cheeseburger are pretty good but they like to overwhelm you with fries too. the o-rings are yummy.

5 guys is just ok. Not great, not terrible. If 5 guys only had a 1" thick patty, made-to-order (say, medium instead of always well done), then I'd be a fan given their decent selection of topping choices. Until then, it reminds me of Wendy's and their Steak-Umm-like burger patties.
I've been hearing a lot about this Cheeburger place, but I understand it's just a glorified Johnny Rockets, which is just a glorified Silver Diner, which is just glorified Bob and Edith's, which is just a glorified 29 Diner. I can only take so much 1950's doo-wop in one sitting.

Just had Wendy's fries with a cheeseburger - loved the burger but the fries were what I'd label "okay" - fresh and hot, for sure, not too salty, etc etc etc but nothing that I was impressed with - still like McD's better (can't beat that beef fat...er...fake beef fat...or whatever they put in their oil).

I love 5G, but I can't eat it very often since I can feel it killing me. 5G used to be local but they are now up in the Philly area, too, and my family has discovered it. I try to discourage them from overindulging, but you gotta treat yourself sometimes.

I like the hot dogs at 5 Guys but find the hamburgers to be on the dry side. Prefer the cooking method at Foster's for hamburgers.
As for the 5 Guys fries I find the peanut oil they fry them in just moments from going rancid.
Of course, Foster's Grille fries suck so your pretty much paying $10 for a good hamburger and a soft drink. Kind of espensive imo.
