McDonald's is bringing back the McRib, a boneless pork sandwich that had almost disappeared from the fast-food giant's menu in recent years. The company deliberately made the McRib elusive, offering it at franchises in different cities for a few weeks at a time. But McDonald's will put the sandwich back on sale across the country in November, realizing a dream of its many dedicated fans.

With the amount of sodium and preservatives they use, you probably wouldn't have to freeze them. Just keep them in an attic.

Holy crap that is the worst fucking slop ever invented. It is right up there with the KFC "grilled" chicken. I think they throw the chicken on a heating element shaped to make the burn marks look like grill marks.

I got a McRib yesterday. I'd been looking forward to it for a day or two. That shit was discusting; ultra white meat, not pressed very well with loose ground meat, little sause, texture sucked. I didn't even finish it.
I too remember the ones from FCPS being better. Fond memories are often exagerated in hindsight.

McDonald's announced Monday that the boneless barbecue pork sandwich, usually available in only a few stores at a time, will be sold at all U.S. locations through Nov. 14.
Most of the time, it's up to local franchises to determine when and if they want to sell the McRib — except in Germany, the only place where it's always available.
McDonald's said the response was so great last November when it made the McRib available nationally for about three weeks that it decided to bring it back nationwide this year. The company, which previously hadn't sold the McRib nationally since 1994, declined to give sales numbers.

THAT'S RIGHT, MCRIB IS BACK.
McDonald's announced Monday that the boneless barbecue pork sandwich, usually available in only a few stores at a time, will be sold at all U.S. locations through Nov. 14.
Most of the time, it's up to local franchises to determine when and if they want to sell the McRib — except in Germany, the only place where it's always available.
McDonald's said the response was so great last November when it made the McRib available nationally for about three weeks that it decided to bring it back nationwide this year. The company, which previously hadn't sold the McRib nationally since 1994, declined to give sales numbers.

In ten days McD's stock went up almost four bucks a share. Now I will invest in pharma stocks for the soon to be expected jump in cardiac care drugs.

So, the mcrib spotter website is saying they are currently available in Chantilly.
