Big day for Meade. I don't think there were any food holidays that I know of so he might lose a pound or two this week. Of course next week he'll put five pounds back on, but at least he seems to be making a slight effort.

Well, at least he doing some exercising which more than others. I don't think Meade is doing a daily workout. He probably just filmed that one minute shot and then called it quits for the week.
If Meade was really working out every day and eating healthy we would be be seeing more weight loss.

I am not convinced that is his actual weight - I think he is leaning/propping himself up a bit on a chair or table during his weigh-ins. The # always goes past his reported actual weight and we never see him on the scale in a wider angle shot. I could be wrong, but nothing surprises me with this fella

I have the same feeling. I think Meade faked his weight that last couple of weigh-ins. I've noticed that Meade seems to have two tables on either side of the scale.

The fact that Meade cancelled the Wednesday weigh in is signal that Meade is above last weeks weight. We know that from the past history of Meade.

Meade did the jump rope like you see those boxers doing it. surprised they don't fall over they do it so fast. best cardio exercise. Meade covers all gamits of conditioning. Highly conditioned athlete.

Meade is desperately trying to lose water weight by working out for two hours.
Shame Meade quit his gym where he was making some progress. But, that the way life is poor white trash; they think "ideas" mean more than money. Hope he enjoys being poor.

It's more like Meade posts whenever he gets the lowest reading on the scale. Which... we know weight varies, so assume a 4 lbs variant from any weight Meade posts.

His fancy footwork while using the jump ropes says a lot. If Meade was out of shape no way could he last on the jump ropes like he demonstrated. Wonder if he edited and spliced two clips together to register such a long time.
