As the leader of the bowel awareness movement, it has been awhile since I did a bowels check. How are yours today doing?

I just had 6 fried eggs with a half pound of fried sausage and 4 big biscuits. My bowels are up for the challenge.
Going to drive to Fredericksburg later today to eat at Cook Out.

This is stupid.

On the crapper all night. Had 4 large pepperoni and sausage pizzas last night.

Made the mistake of corn beef hash. So concerned about what’s coming soon.

Just finished eating at Cook-out in Fredericksburg. Had two "Steak style" burgers, two chili-dogs, large fries, large coleslaw and a peach cobbler milkshake.
I hope I can make it home without having to use a public restroom.

You are right toast. I am going to get a salad to go with my large pizza with steak, mushrooms and onions for dinner tonight. Thanks!

Let’s get the sitz bath ready. A lot of work with the Preparation H too, and know that despite the pain, I hope to make it manageable.

You and maybe Brown Onion only ones talking about shit. All your posts do, and if I remember correctly, Browns were 90% plus about it. Hambeast seems to be more about his body and other processes. Admittedly not popular. Yet still better than the crap you regularly post. You and Brown have more in common than one would think.

Up early and headed to Royal Farms. I found out they will cook chicken 24 hours a day so I decided that a 8 piece family meal would make a nice breakfast today! It comes with western fries and 4 biscuits. My bowels can handle it!

I eat grape nuts or oatmeal but cheerios are not bad as they are high in fiber and low in sugar. They are better than eating pancakes sausage and eggs.

Been sitting on the toilet all day. I know piles are in the forecast. Damn it!
