First off, I'd posit that eesh is incapable of stalking anyone because he does not present a credible threat of causing death, criminal sexual assault, or bodily injury to anyone. There was no threat or intimidation. There is no indication as to the purpose of the trip, nor any evidence he came within 10 miles of Megan's place of abode, nor any indication he intended to go anywhere closer or have any contact with Megan in Ohio. There was not even any mention of Megan until later in the thread when someone else mentioned her in the context of a movie. For what it's worth eesh also claimed he did not personally drive or take the photos.
